Client & Server parts anticheat UCP for Ragnarok Online can be downloaded here

roclient.zip should be extracted in the game directory, in prescribing data\ clientinfo.xml your data. Start the game with the file ucp.exe

The server side anti-cheat is integrated into the source code of server-side game.
