CSS Movement Recorder Cheat

Hello,

been searching for Movement Recorder cheat for a while now.

Idea: Record movements, replay in public anti-cheat implemented surf-bhop servers to achieve preffered wrs/pbs.

Functions: Looks legit, doesn’t fail because of tickrate-record difference, easy tickrate manager, rewind, forward frame, save to file options (TAS) = functional.

Personal POV:
I have searched the web and it seems that the concept code is already there. Provided by the Movement Recorder thread on this site and Influx timer Tas plugin, doubt any of it actually works competitevly. Considering that it is quite an old idea, I believe there is someone who sells it or has solutions to offer, update old cheat etc. I ofcourse realise that some servers such as KSF and others uses private timers and most probably private anti-cheats, which leads to the following questions below…

Questions:
1. Is such an idea is even viable to implement from your knowledge about server anti-cheats and whole dynamics of the subject?
2. If so, how much would such thing cost to make by a dev?
3. Also, any forums or people you would recommend for such a task?

Sorry, if I seem to be ingorant to some misunderstandings in this posts since I never atempted to create cheats myself and only ask for your insight in such subject.
Advice is welcome.
Thank you.
